The Role

As a Commis Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and wants to kick-start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including cleaning and arranging tables.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent overall dining experience.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
